Step 2 – Post your product pictures to Facebook albums
If you have a very small inventory, then you can do this directly from your phone or computer using the Facebook app or website. If you have more than 10 or 20 photos, or you plan on posting your inventory to more than one place (such as a multi-consultant sale or teaming up with a friend or teammate to do events), then check out Sonlet to automate posting product pictures to Facebook. Step 3 – Provide clear instructions to your shoppers on how and when to shop
As many veterans of Facebook album sales will tell you, your products won’t sell themselves. Then announce the album sale to your group well in advance and then before the sale begins so that they don’t miss out. This method is the original method of selling on Facebook Albums. Your shoppers simply post a comment on a photo in your albums like “Sold” or “Mine” which lets other shoppers know that they’ve claimed the item and to move on. If they change their mind about the item (they find another item that they like better), then the shopper returns to the item and comments “Pass”. Other shoppers can then comment “Sold” or “Next” which means that if the previous customer passes or neglects to pay for the item, they’ll take it.
